Job description

This position supports the Molding department. You post accurate and timely Molding, Assembly and MINNCOR production information (good parts, cycles, scrap, setup, run and labor hours) into IQMS to ensure updated production information is provided to the organization. Maintain job schedule and make changes to it, as needed, so questions can be addressed as to the job’s performance. Increase or decrease, as needed, the number of parts to be produced to keep accurate job statistics. Print box labels per work order requirements to ensure press operators have the required labels. Answer employee attendance phone line.

This opening is on a 6&3 rotating schedule. You will work 6 days and have 3 days off in a row!

Available Hours:

  • 2nd Shift - 4:00pm to 1:30am

Qualifications:

  • Preferred one year experience in manufacturing and/or assembly line or related production
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains necessary communication
  • Maintain open communication with fellow employees, supervision, and management, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
  • Prioritize and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
