Job Title: Assembly Line Worker

2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm - Monday - Friday

3rd shift: 10:30pm-6:30am - Sunday - Thursday

Job Summary: Continuous manufacturing production & inspection on the production line. Primary responsibility will be the operation of the production line machinery. Meet production rates & improvement targets.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Physical Requirements of Assembly Line Worker:

• Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run
• Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP’s, safety requirements Inspection of product going into and out of process
• Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system (including 6S, Kaizan, waste, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing)
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Able to stand for majority of shift
• Must be able to bend and stoop
• Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer
