ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. We are looking for a Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment on the cutting edge of Surface Navy developments. ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Position/Job Description:

• Provide senior-level program management and acquisition support to the Program Manager and supporting staff.
• Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
• Utilize advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs, establishing study methods and techniques and analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of complex program operations.
• Participate in meetings and projects with stakeholders, staff, project managers, etc. to render project activities into actionable solutions across initiatives.
• Effectively assesses and respond to highly complex and time sensitive issues
• Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach and application across the enterprise.
• Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff.
• Assist the program manager in the development, compilation, production and distribution o9f required reports.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in program support of US Navy systems and Supply Support.
• Experience with integration of COTS into US Navy projects a definite plus.
• PMP or DAWIA PM certification at any level a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor level degree in a technical or managerial discipline.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
