Project Manager - Construction Program

Weinstein Properties, a multifamily community owner and manager headquartered in Richmond, VA, continues to grow with an expansion plan that has taken us to communities throughout Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee and Georgia. We are singularly focused on the customer experience, which informs everything we do and is a key to our success over the past seventy years.

To help build on this success, we at Weinstein Properties are looking to add a qualified Project Manager to our Construction Group.

What are the qualifications?

  • You will know if you are comfortable in an open work environment, where initiative, curiosity, and competence are prized.
  • You will know if you are given a blank canvas, asked to "fill it in", and end up with a masterpiece.
  • You will know if the questions you ask draw out the best from those with whom you collaborate in the pursuit of your project objectives.
  • You will know if your work associates come to you for advice or your opinion.
  • You will know if your boss hands you the toughest assignments.

Our projects extend from the small to the large, with remodeling, renovation, and capital projects, occupying the overwhelming majority of our efforts. You will be challenged through space, code, schedule, and budget constraints to produce that "masterpiece," but these only fuel your passion.

Our work group is a diverse bunch, with tenures from 1 to 19 years, some self-educated and some with degrees in design, construction, and engineering, most working CAD, most adept with Excel, all comfortable in the field; we complement each other and the other groups serving our residents.
