Sea Bags is seeking positive candidates with an eye for detail to join our Quality Control team. Our Quality Control Associates provide finishing touches and a final check for our handcrafted product before it ships to customers, ensuring that each unique item lives up to Sea Bags quality standards. The right candidate is detail-oriented and thrives working independently. We believe in cross-training and promoting from within so team members with the desire to learn will be exposed to many parts of our operation as we all continue to grow.

What you will be responsible for as a Quality Control Associate:

• Collecting finished work from the sewing floor.
• Inspecting items to ensure each product meets quality standards.
• Applying finishing parts (rope handles, cords, tags, etc.) to items per product description.
• Packing product for storage

Experience/skills you will bring to the Quality Control Associate role:

• Must be able to read, write, and count for accurate record keeping.
• Ability to manage time effectively and be punctual and timely.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently to support team goals.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations a plus.
