JOB SUMMARY
Oversees Quality Improvement Department and Document Review
Team. Recruits, hires, trains and supervises employees. Manages employee
project loads, consults on quality improvement project/initiatives, handles
complex projects and provides direct support to senior leadership on projects,
as needed.
JOB DUTIES

  • Oversee satisfaction surveys, internal monitoring, report support, and form/packet maintenance
  • Provide compliance/process insight to senior management
  • Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
  • Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Oversee compliance with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee advanced reporting
  • Demonstrate dependability
  • Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit computer efficiency
  • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow
  • Oversee identification and implementation of process improvement efforts
  • Oversee special projects
  • Participate in, and assign, professional development and training activities
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees
  • Supervise deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assist with new program implementations including training, process development, and other support as needed
  • Resolve escalated complaints from internal clients
  • Travel as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 - 4 years’ previous experience in quality improvement preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
  • 4 years’ leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment
is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions
throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or
hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to
stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. Reasonable
