Required Qualifications
- General Blueprint reading including GD&T.
- 5 or more years of Quality Control and Machine Shop experience
- Proper usage of general inspection tools such as, micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to use cmm equipment such as cordax, Virtek and Faro arm
- Ability to conduct and attend audits, Perform PPAPS, FMEA analysis, etc..
- Ability to measure small tolerances
Responsibilities
- Performs first article inspections.
- Performs final inspections.
- Performs receiving inspections
- Performs in-process and roving inspections.
- Performs required daily maintenance on inspection equipment.
- Assists in the calibration of measuring equipment as required.
