JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position requires managing the day to day operations of the Reconnect Department, including any e-cycle or Reconnect issues, and working hands-on in various areas. We seek team players who are committed to demonstrating excellence in their work and in their attendance and attitude.

Supervisor - Reconnect will be responsible for the following duties:

• Adjusts processes and/or assigned employee tasks based on sales and processing needs.

• Diagnoses and resolving technical hardware and software issues before items are sold to customers.

• Ensures department is well organized to reduce clutter and maximize profit.

• Inspects computer parts and routing "good" parts to refurbish.

• Inspects CPU's to route for refurbishment or recycling.

• Serves as primary "on call" technician for customer support and questions.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred).

EXPERIENCE: Supervisory experience required. Experience with computer

hardware/software/peripherals required.

Pay: $17.25 per hour
