Essential Duties:

  • Full cycle recruiting, including positing vacancies, attending job fairs, scheduling interviews, and participating in New Employee Orientation
  • Assists in updating job descriptions, surveys, and employment eligibility verification process
  • Coordinates all Human Resource activities including, but not limited to employee relations, employee of the month, training/development, reporting, and compliance
  • Process routine employment verifications, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, disability claims and leaves of absence
  • Assist HR and payroll staff with clerical tasks: filing, copying, scanning, etc. as needed

Qualifications:

  • Requires a College Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years previous relevant experience in Human Resources required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advance Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with HRIS Systems
  • Must Be Fully Vaccinated (COVID-19)
