Regional Director - Civil/Site Division- Full Time
Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $120K+
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering
- PE License is required
- At least eight (8) years of experience managing and leading overall civil/site division
- Project Management expertise
- Leadership experience, mentoring and developing teams
Position Summary:
We’re really looking for someone with a BSCE, and PE to stamp projects in addition to PM, BD & staff development/supervision.
Need is immediate. If you’re in Binghamton or Saratoga Springs area, we could do an on-site interview, or even a meeting over lunch or dinner if you would prefer not going into the office. Otherwise if you’re not in the area, the process would likely be Teams interview first, then in person after.
Regional Director – Civil/Site Engineering Division is responsible for overseeing the successful operations and business development of the Civil/Site Division’s regional functions. This position will be tasked with working with the Director of our Civil/Facilities Division to set forth growth strategies, process improvements, performance management, and other strategic initiatives for the region. Location flexible to any of our NY office locations.
What you will be doing:
- Set and implement the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policy and procedures for the Civil/Site Division.
- Provide supervision and mentoring of Project Mangers in the Regional offices.
- Serve as Project Manager for key projects in the Capital region which requires public presentation skills.
- Mentor and develop technical expertise of design staff in the Saratoga Springs, Pittsford, and Binghamton offices.
- Complete employee performance and career development goals and identify or implement appropriate training opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure financial success of the Civil/Site Division.
- Maintain existing client relationships in the capital region.
- Develop new client relationships in the capital region.
