A very popular and highly sought after, family and Veteran owned casual wear apparel and gear store is seeking a motivated and driven Retail Store Manager for our newest store opened within Tanger Outlets Fort Worth in Ft Worth, TX just along I-30 and we are excited to announce an opening for someone to join our newest store in our family!

Reporting to the Regional Retail Manager, your number one priority is to lead the store team to provide extreme customer service and exceed sales quotas. You will lead, coach, and develop your team to exceed all company goals and initiatives in a relaxed but upbeat and energetic atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of store management including recruiting, hiring, training, customer service, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.

For this position, we are looking for a professional, energetic and enthusiastic and customer service-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business growth strategies.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet weekly and monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and advise on requested merchandise for store.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior Management level experience; candidates who possess a drive for growth in sales and revenue and exceptional service are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to apply.

This position entails standing on your feet for long hours at a time, lifting boxes of merchandise and/or materials of 40 lbs or more, and requires the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have reliable daily transportation and the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.
