JOB TITLE: RN Unit Manager on our Dementia Unit

DESCRIPTION: Full-Time Daylight With Oversight On All Shifts
We are seeking a dynamic registered nurse who is committed to compassionate, quality care and has a desire to learn or build on prior experience in the specialty of senior care.
This position is responsible for the clinical care of residents, oversight, and development of staff on assigned units. Education, infection control, and auditing responsibilities are integral parts of this role. Regulatory compliance is a priority of this role.
The Unit Manager reports to the Director Of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current RN license in the state of OH
- Long Term Care Nursing experience preferred
- Dementia experience preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care regulations preferred
