Job Description
WALRUS OIL is seeking a Sales and Accounts Manager who will work alongside wholesale managers and fulfillment specialist to ensure wholesale accounts are properly managed, wholesale orders are received, inputed, and invoiced correctly, orders are properly picked, packed, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner in accordance to client needs. Must be able to communicate with buyers and demand planners to properly forecast demand, discuss new products or product changes, and to help properly market products per regional and local needs. Sales manager needs to be comfortable doing regular phone/email communication and check-ins with wholesale customers.

Strong Experience with the following applications is REQUIRED:

• Quickbooks (2+ years)
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word (2+ Years in Office Setting)
• Email / Phone Communications in Office Setting (2+ Years)

Experience with the following is DESIRED:

• Faire, Tundra, and/or Bulletin (2+ years)
• Shopify (2+ years)

Daily Expectations:

• Working with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Multitasking between emails, phone calls, and meeting with co-workers.
• Reporting to leadership and ability to take direction.
• Ability to manage and give direction to others as needed.
• Preparing shipments (picking and packing).

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• ASSOCIATES or BACHELORS DEGREE
• ABILITY TO FOCUS ON DETAILS IS ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
• STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED
• MUST SIGN NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT*

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
