Sanitation Worker

Location: Angola Ny.

2nd Shift: 5:30PM-2:00AM

Wage: 16.50/hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleaning, foaming and sanitizing the processing line
• Moving, removing, and replacing equipment parts as required for proper sanitizing procedures.
• Manual cleaning/scrubbing of processing equipment and surfaces
• Sweeping, shoveling, removing waste from floors
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Must be able to operate all equipment required to clean and sanitize processing equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; heat; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually not loud.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dunkirk, NY 14048: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Food Service Sanitation: 1 year (Preferred)
