As an SAT and ACT Tutor at Future Focused, you will be trained by experts, and then expected to teach our curriculum to your students. You will keep track of their progress and keep them motivated to improve. If you are a warm, encouraging, dynamic person who has a passion for teaching or coaching, you will LOVE this job! Future Focused is located in San Juan Capistrano, less than one mile from the 5 freeway.

Requirements:
- Ridiculously high ACT and/or SAT scores

-Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from a highly reputable university. We are especially interested in collegiate athletes.

- Experience with adolescents - you need to have an ability to relate easily to teenagers!

- Strong academic background, as evident by high school, college, and graduate school grades.

-True passion for teaching or coaching

-Must commit to an entire year

Yes, we ask for prior experience.

• Is this job part-time or full-time?

Part-time. The number of hours / week varies throughout the year from 10 hrs – 30hrs/ week. We require a minimum commitment of 10 hours

• What are the hours?

The available hours for the school year are Mon – Thurs 3 to 8pm & Sunday 12pm – 6pm.

• Do I make my own schedule?

Yes. But if you are not willing to work on Sunday, do not apply!

• What is the compensation?

This varies depending on experience and performance, but is very competitive.
