Clear Spring Health is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who is responsible for the development and execution of Medicare member engagement and customer retention strategies. This individual will be a hands-on, self-starter that will be responsible for:
- The development and execution of online and offline campaigns to increase member engagement and retention
- Perform research to create personas to identify at risk members and create strategies to retain
- Conduct customer research, be aware of current market conditions and gather competitive intelligence to derive marketing tactics and messaging
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address retention issues
- Create and distribute reporting on campaign activity
- Share insights and recommendations on strategy optimizations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry driving factors for healthcare, Medicare Advantage or general Medicare is desired
- Demonstrated success leading metric driven initiatives
- Proven results with member experience
- Comfortable working with data analytics to support capital deployment and bolster member experience
- 5+ years' experience with proven success at driving retention and customer engagement
- Bachelor's degree
