SENIOR MISHAP INVESTIGATION AND SAFETY INFORMATION ANALYST

Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is seeking a qualified individual to fill a temporary part-time technical and analytic position to support CTC's overall Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) contract to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness, Force Safety and Occupational Health (FSOH). The ideal candidate will have relevant and technical work experience with DoD Component mishap investigations, reporting procedures, and tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CTC and the FSOH client with the development of an SOH input and case management tool based on the Department's safety data standards and business processes
• Interface with the CTC team and configuration service provider regarding tool requirements for mishap and near-miss event and hazard management
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure requirements are implemented in the most efficient and effective manner
• Support FSOH in its overall SOH data strategy, develop and integrate SOH information management requirements and capabilities (including data modernization and centralization)

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS in field that supports the position
• Minimum of 12 years of directly related experience and subject matter expert knowledge of DoD operational safety, mishap investigation, mishap reporting procedures and systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a multi-disciplinary team
• US Citizenship
