Job Description


The Senior Paid Media Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and impact of paid media across all Daxko audiences and brands. In collaboration with the go-to-market functions including product marketing and audience marketing, this person will devise the optimal paid media strategy, develop the media mix model, procure and execute media placements, and report and optimizes campaigns.

The Senior Paid Media Manager builds strong internal relationships with brand and product managers, strategizes, and manages digital marketing initiatives and services. The Senior Paid Media Manager reports to the VP, Agency.


Qualifications
  • A marketing leader with a laser focus on the customer and understanding of SaaS business models and funnels (including both self-serve and enterprise focuses)
  • Experienced in leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Organic, Email, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Connected TV, Video, Mobile, Affiliate, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns
  • Expert at media mix modeling, reporting and optimization across channels and programs
  • Experience in using Scrum, AGILE or other relevant project management methodology to ensure the success of both strategic and day to day operations
  • Proficient presentation experience on strategic initiatives and results
  • Possesses an assertive leadership style
  • Extremely effective written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and accomplished at solving problems
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-funnel, paid media strategy (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that supports global and regional campaign strategies for audiences and products
  • Understand where and who our ICP (ideal customer profile) is online and create the right audience targeting strategies to reach them through our digital channels — using in-depth knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social platforms to ensure best practices on audience targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and regional nuances.
  • Oversee and optimize a global paid media budget; evaluate and track key success metrics across channels, and create a forecast on the profitability and lead volume of marketing campaigns
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to build a robust paid media tracking program to get insight into channel performance and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Leverage technical tools and data to manage campaign success and reporting
  • Create best practices to streamline reporting processes and drive effective communications to get information to the right stakeholders in a timely manner. Operate with a growth mindset, consistently testing and refining your approach while striving for greater efficiencies
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Daxko’s offerings and services across all markets and segments
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to build relationships and collaboration

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS marketing, managing a global paid advertising program
  • Experience managing multiple paid media accounts and channels simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing systems and reporting, including marketing automation, testing, and CRM tools
  • 3+ years direct experience with the following: WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Optimizely, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, SEM Rush or similar tools.
