Hourly Rate: $60-80/hour DOE (US or GC only)

We are seeking a part-time contract remote Senior RPA Engineer who has 8+ years of professional experience in the design, administration, programming, and support of an enterprise RPA environment using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to move smoothly between analytical, tactical, and strategic conversations with technical, business, and team leadership.

This position will be defining the RPA line of business for PD4 Solutions’s clients and will report directly to the CEO. You must have the ability to understand clients needs, design solutions and lead the implementation at an organizational level. The goal of Automation Engineering is to reduce manual tasks and the associated load while improving efficiency with greater levels of reliability, and to use technology to streamline manual processes that are redundant or inconsistent

As a Senior RPA Engineer, you will use modern Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, software delivery tools, docker containers, programming languages, and release automation systems to optimize our client’s applications and processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of our client
• Scripting and coding with UiPath to resolve automation issues
• Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
• Develop and implement new automation programs and processes in a DevOps/Agile environment
• Documenting the automation procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of RPA experience
• Experience working with RPA tools: UiPath, Power Automate
• Strong experience with RPA, OO scripting (Python/GoLang
• Strong understanding of JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and/or YAML data models
• Experience in SQL or NoSQL
• Basics of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
• Version control experience using Git or other SCM (Software Configuration Management) software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• Excellent oral and written communication in English, including editing and proofreading skills, thought leadership, and formal presentation skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation coupled with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
