Gerhart has an immediate opening for a Service Administrator working in our South Amboy, NJ location. Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, and have a “can-do!” attitude. Candidates must be reliable, coachable, and the ability to perform efficiently in an industrial-type setting!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls
• Administrative support with clerical tasks, to include but not limited too: scanning documents, email communications, creating PO’s and maintaining log books
• Generate customer invoices
• Communicate in follow-up of department A/R accounts/collections
• Maintain files

Qualifications:

• Prefer applicants to have 1+ years’ experience in a similar profession
• Ability to communicate effectively with all customers, vendors, service staff and visitors
• Attention to detail and time-management skills are a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required
• Multi-Task a variety of duties while working in a fast paced environment
• Prioritize tasks with excellent organization
