- Under general supervision will install, maintain and upgrade workstations and their software and peripherals
- Respond to telephone or email inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software problems; provide reliable and responsive service to internal customers; generate and address WO tickets as needed
- Research and resolve end-user issues and basic technical problems
- Recognize and escalate more difficult problems
- Support users by providing technical assistance for hardware/software troubleshooting, including training; address and document all support activities, problems and resolutions
- Provide reliable and responsive service to internal customers
- Write/maintain system documentation
- Maintain hardware/software inventories
- Associate's Degree in computer science, information systems or a related field or any combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved required
- MUST have a basic understanding of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems including Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
- Understand and diagnose network protocols, TCP-IP and network adapter functions in a Microsoft client/server environment
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited or nonexistent standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Investigate, identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ upon hire preferred
- Microsoft 365: Fundamentals upon hire preferred
- You must be at least 18 years of age to work for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
