Our Service Technicians are critical to the safe, well-running and attractiveness of our properties. This position is assigned to the Waterview I and II as well as Taylor Park Apartments in Sheboygan, WI. The position will support, as needed, other area properties for alternating every other week on-call responsibilities. We offer a strong PTO program (9 holidays and 17 other PTO hours as start). This position primary responsibility for:
- Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests
- Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc.
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Preventative Maintenance
- Emergency maintenance - this is a rotating schedule with 3-4 other area Service Technicians
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
- Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.
- Assist outside contractors when services are required
- Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property
Requirements:

- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience
- Licenses: A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required. Travel to job sites is required. Reliable transportation.
