Summary:

Under the direction of Operations, the Field Site Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of our onsite professional services staff to include different functional departments. The Field Site Manager will coordinate with functional departments to provide a high level of visibility, efficiency, and service to our customers. The Field Site Manager also serves as a central communication point for leadership internally and externally for professional services provided at/for the facility.

Essential Functions:

• Establish and maintain employee excellence through close communication with leaders of functional groups specifically Security, Housekeeping/Laundry, Caregivers, and Porters
• Understand the importance of communication and alignment with onsite facility leadership
• Complete regular quality inspections of output and acts appropriately based on results of the quality inspections
• Provide accurate and timely information to human resources regarding current staffing and future staffing needs
• Actively participate in recruiting process with recruiters and leadership staff
• Work with the Training department to ensure all associates are properly trained with a focus on long term retention
• In conjunction with EHS, maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by enforcing the company’s safety, recognition, and training programs
• Assist Human Resources on all items but not limited to timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety
• Build a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior
• Treat co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism
• Ask questions to understand why we do, what we do, and how we do it
• Clearly and effectively formulate directions for others, effectively conveying expectations and what success looks like
• Understand, support, and communicate Deployed Services priorities, goals and objectives to team members
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations as they pertain to the assigned area of work
• Other duties assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Degree or some college coursework in business management, facilities operations management, or similar area of study or related work preferred
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, 5 years management experience in a CBP setting or similar environment preferred
• Experience working with a diverse population preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
• Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, a background check, after accepting a conditional offer of employment.

Physical Demands

The employee may be required stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps and lift up to 65 lbs

Pay: $63,390.68 - $70,255.45 per year
