The Role

RockawayMore is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to assist growth marketing, brand positioning, and engagement for our clients. In this cross-functional role, you’ll work side by side with the PR and Digital Divisions and you’ll be empowered to leverage your experience and experimental mindset in exploring new opportunities to engage with audiences. In this role, optimization instincts, lifecycle savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion. We are data-driven in everything we do.

Requirements and Characteristics

· 5+ years of recent consecutive experience in social media marketing

· Graduate certificate or bachelor’s degree in social media marketing or a related marketing field

· Experience working independently and in group settings; follows guidance well from account and division leads

· Polished, detail-oriented professional who possess leadership strategies

· A love of data and experience with marketing funnels; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them

· Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns

· Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability

· Proficiency with modern technology and marketing automation practices, e.g.: Google Analytics, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Reservations Platforms

· The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven social media plans.

· An experimental mindset for data-driven decisions; failure IS an option because we learn valuable insights and improve the next effort

· Experience working cross-functionally with different divisions and team members

· The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations

· A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone determined and driven to win

· Ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment

· Ability to remain focused and possesses the discipline required to adhere to a remote work environment

· Candidate ideally resides in Florida, but considerations will be made for all qualified candidates

Even Better:

· Experience in B2C restaurant marketing, with exposure to both small and medium-size businesses

· Experience working in FinTech, finance, or real estate

· Experience working with Cloud Campaign

· Improving brand awareness

Responsibilities

Create social media strategies in tandem with account leads, develop new client social media accounts, and generate a public platform through compelling dialogue and branding. Follow new trends in social media and apply accordingly, and effectively track engagement and results.

· Evaluate and improve existing social media marketing strategies across our clients’ social channels, which include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

· Create social media content, graphics, and ads for multiple clients

· Execute and manage paid social spends

· Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize social marketing strategies.

· Develop social content calendars and execute against it through social media management platforms specifically Cloud Campaign

· Work cross-functionally with PR and Digital division team members to meet ambitious growth targets

· Complete social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling, engaging, and following up on results

· Monitor messages/posts across various platforms and reply accordingly

· Effectively use the functions of various social media platforms

· Provide competitive brand analysis for clients via social listening tools and other tactics

· Develop social media marketing strategies, and implement accordingly

· Understand and analyze social measurement and analytics

· Social video, photography and design capabilities

· $47,000 base salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
