We are expanding and we are looking for an ambitious Sr. Sales Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with outstanding experience in sales, team management, and superior customer service. Would be great if candidates have experience with our service- Laser Hair Removal.

Responsibilities:

  • Control and supervise the daily operation of the facility and be able to make decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management;
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure that the team is reaching sales goals;
  • Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on Laser Hair Removal
  • Report directly to the Sales Director

· Ensure that the required safety procedures are being followed as defined by the Medical Director

  • Actively seek client referrals and reviews, promote and recommend additional packages
  • Answer phones and schedule clients appointments if needed
  • Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments and payments
  • Assist clients in case of refund
  • Follow up with customers (specially with the unsatisfied ones)
  • Assist clients when adverse reactions together with our Medical director
  • Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community
  • Conduct Client Satisfaction surveys
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-4 employees
  • Training new employees if needed
  • Complete employee work schedules
  • Helping with ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Maintain a positive working environment for all team members
  • Helping with daily cleaning of the office

· Guarantee a safe work environment and use fast crisis management skills

· Responsible for reviewing employees when needed

· Lead and collaborate with the marketing department to provide actionable opportunities in which Semper Laser can interact and give back to the community

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven success in sales and team leadership
  • Experience with customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Present interest in the aesthetics industry, especially Laser Hair Removal
  • Intermediate computer skills

  • CRM software: 2 years (Preferred)
