This position requires the candidate to have good communication skills, organizational skills, assessment and time management skills. Candidate will be required to take call periodically and will be required to work some various shifts at times including weekends and holidays. Staff Development Nurse is responsible for New Hire Orientation, Immunization Residents/Staff, Hire and Annual Competency, Inservice Training and tracking, Daily document checks, Infection Control, Interviews, Licensure Check/ Renewals and any other duty assigned.
