The Supervisor, IT Support will guide, mentor, and train IT Support staff, including assigning tickets and prioritization for onsite IT Support staff. This position will work with branch office liaisons on issues and equipment inventory. The Supervisor, IT Support will oversee on call rotation for IT Support staff and will be the first point of contact for IT Support staff on call when an issue arises. This position will identify complex problems, research, solve and follow-up.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS
  • Three years help desk or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CompTIA A+ Essentials certification, Security+, or any related IT certifications
  • You must be able to obtain government clearance after hire. US Citizenship is required by the US government in order to obtain government clearance.
