RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact of PRODEVAL CORP when customers call the hotline for technical assistance.

Customer phone assistance:

  • Promptly answer all customer phone calls placed to the hotline.
  • Remotely connect to customer’s equipment for troubleshooting (electrical, automation, mechanical, process, …)
  • Perform remote corrective actions to restart the equipment whenever possible, and/or provide technical guidance to the customer or field technician to perform the necessary actions to resolve their issue(s).
  • Excellent customer communication skills are a must! You will be responsible for providing the customer with a professional and efficient customer service experience and represent PRODEVAL CORP to the highest standards.
  • Write intervention reports to follow-up on your interactions with the customer.

Conduct performance tests according to each site-specific requirement:

  • Remotely connect to the customer’s equipment and control the performance of the installation within the specified values.
  • Troubleshoot the equipment if the desired results are not reached, and adjust the parameters as required (regulator settings, plant settings, …)
  • Write performance test reports.

Remote follow-up of the units in operation

  • Perform daily connections to the customer’s equipment in order to track down specific values and identify potential malfunctions.
  • Identify corrective action(s) to be taken to remedy the malfunctions.
  • Identify potential improvements to the equipment.
  • Conduct monthly reporting.
  • Report any potential issues or improvements to the manager.

CONDITIONS:

  • To start as soon as possible.
  • Located in Schaumburg, IL.
  • Full time, 40 hours per week.
  • Benefits, 401k, PTOS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous similar technical customer service experience preferred, minimum of 3 years.
  • Ability to work with PRODEVAL CORP software, read electrical diagrams, and interpret PID’s.
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Agile in critical situation management.
  • Native English.
