What is a Member Service Representative/Teller?
We're glad you asked! Our MSRs handle cash, interact with members and seize every opportunity they can to sell Provident's great products and services to help our members manage their finances successfully. You'll also be working towards your professional goals while helping members reach their financial goals. This position opens the door to a variety of future career possibilities with Provident.
Desired Hours:
This is a part time position, 29 hours per week.
The schedule is:
Mon – Thurs: 1.30pm to 5.30pm – 1 day off depending on branch business needs.
Fri: 1.30pm to 6.30pm
Saturday: 8:45am to 4.30pm (30 mins lunch)
*Hours may change by request and business needs*

Here's a breakdown of the day-to-day functions:

• Assist members with their daily transactions.
• Recognize member needs and make referrals that may be of benefit to them.
• Give your best every day to provide top-notch service to members. (Sure, this is a given – but we like saying it anyway!)
• Helping members reach financial goals by suggesting Provident's products and services.

• Great energy and the ability to execute to our procedures and successfully navigate multiple application systems.

• Ability to multi task in a high volume environment.
• Preferred cash handling and customer service experience

Compensation:
Pay Grade is A2. This position is eligible for profit sharing bonus twice a year.
Pay Range - min $38,801.70 mid $48,502.12 max $58,202.54
