Voyage Entertainment NY Inc is a live event ticket brokerage company located in Queens, NY.
We are looking to add a full-time ticket operation assistant.

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Ticket Operation Assistant’s role will include:
Assisting with daily ticket inventory purchasing.
Assisting with research into various events and venues.
Assisting with sales analytics and inventory pricing.
Assisting with daily administrative tasks including excel spreadsheet preparation, order fulfillment, purchase reconciliation, and customer relations emails.

Highly competent in utilizing, learning and teaching others new technology.
Be committed to the varied demands of the role as daily tasks may change quickly.
Experience in working with a team.
Possess a meticulous attention to detail.
Must be on-time each day and prioritize deadlines.

Hours and Pay
Office hours are Mon - Fri 9AM - 5PM EST.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Pay starts at $25/hour
Holiday season, October through December, are our busiest times of the year.
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be available with bonus opportunities.
100% onsite work in Queens, NY .

Education and Experience
High school degree or equivalent.
Computer proficient in excel, google sheets, online portals, and basic typing / internet browsing.
Professional office work: 3 years (Preferred).
