London AR Truck Wash Co-Lead/Lead Power Washer - $18/hr. plus potential weekly production bonus.

Come join the JBS Pork truck wash team in London, Arkansas! We are looking for a hands on Truck Wash Co-Lead/Lead who would like to work alongside our great crew of washers. The JBS Live Pork truck wash facility provides quality truck washing services to ensure JBS pork herd health and biosecurity.

This position is currently working approximately 30 hours per week and is eligible for weekly production bonus. During peak times of the year, the position may work overtime as needed. JBS offers a competitive benefits package!

Responsibilities:

• Work with a crew of 3-5 employees
• Communicate with the team, lead, and manager
• Power washes trucks and trailers
• Practices proper washing practices
• Follows bio-security protocols
• Follows all proper employee safety measures and meets wash quality standards
• Performs basic maintenance and repair of equipment as directed
• Drive 18-wheeler trucks with trailer in and out of the truck wash bay
• Performs any other responsibility needed from management

Required Qualifications:

• Local to the London Arkansas area
• Leadership Experience
• Great communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Self-motivated
• Flexible
• Open to working in a wet environment with Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work

• Typical work hours
  • Winter hours (approx. 6 months) Start between 7:00pm-9:00pm and finish between 3:00am-5:00am based on business needs
  • Summer hours (approx. 6 months) Start between 7:00am-9:00am and finish between 3:00pm-5:00pm based on business needs
• Ability to work weekends or over-time as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous power washing experience
• CDL
