Job description
Duties:
The Unit Clerk transcribes and posts Physicians orders; maintains Medication Administration Records; transcribes appropriate information on patient’s graphic record; assists in maintaining PAR Levels of supplies for the Nursing Unit; maintains an organized work environment; facilitates communication between staff, patients, families and/or visitors.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED à Preferred.
- Certified Unit Clerk à Preferred
- Bachelors / Masters à Preferred.
- 1 year of experience à Preferred.
