Our client is looking to hire a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for their team in Vineland, NJ to handle warehouse logistics. Ideal candidates for this role will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment, and must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office for consideration.Job Duties Include
- Act as the facilitator for warehouse operations to ensure shipments and deliveries are on-time
- Maintain standard operations procedures and ensure all procedures keep company standards
- Facilitate between external partners to provide requested information on inbound and outbound deliveries
- Update KPI reports with accurate daily data to the appropriate stakeholders
- Other tasks and assignments as designated by management
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar distribution environment
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office, and proficiency in SAP is strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with exception organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy work environment is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- A flexible schedule with open availability, including holidays and weekends, when applicable
