We provide bottle-less water coolers to eliminate plastic and unnecessary transport with a sustainable and cost-effective solution. Our point-of-use systems provide delicious bottle-less water provided with local care to commercial and residential accounts throughout New England. Our customer base is quickly increasing, and our industry is seeing immense growth as well.
Our South Easton, MA team is searching for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team to assist in the installation and maintenance of Stonybrook Water systems. This position requires significant travel time to our customer locations throughout New England, following a preset route for the day.
Responsibilities:
- Installing water coolers by running water lines and drain lines to existing water source.
- Preventative maintenance and repair of commercial beverage equipment
- Troubleshoot problems with water filtration units, ice machines and related equipment
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Submit timely and detailed work order reports
- Strong communication with the Service, Sales, and Admin departments as needed when on the road
- Operate company-supplied and maintained vehicle in a safe manner
- Assist in maintaining vehicle and warehouse inventory
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, or plumbing
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
