The Position:

The Swing Shift Operations Hello Fresh Supervisor is responsible for managing the kitting production at night with the goal of ensuring excellent performance in the manufacturing industry. Works with the Night Operations Manager to set tactical focus and link and engage employees to the successful execution of the business plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise and coordinate the kitting assembly and staging of outbound shipments

Direct the operations of the kitting assembly teams to achieve prescribed objectives.

Assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting root cause analysis of inventory errors. Ensure that warehouse staff is trained in proper inventory accountability.

Maintain a high productivity rate and continuously improve the company’s quality and service expected by our customers.

· Ensure that associates are trained in accordance with work instructions and perform on the spot corrections for any methods being improperly followed. Counsel and retrain associates based on accuracy, productivity, and quality feedback (weekly performance data).

· Ensure that the production numbers and work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BA or Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Operations/Manufacturing and or Distribution
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent employee contact skills (interventions and retraining)
• Excellent planning and decision-making skills
• Spanish is helpful
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to solve problems and resolve any conflicts that arise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
