Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience providing accessibility support for federal agencies
- Thorough understanding of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
- Strong experience evaluating and remediating digital files for Section 508 compliance, including PowerPoint, PDF, and Microsoft Word.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to create caption files and audio descriptions for videos.
- Strong training and interpersonal skills to create, customize, and deliver user training to federal employees on accessibility best practices.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or similar preferred
