POSITION SUMMARY Job Description Summary
Provides administrative support with varied duties such as general correspondence, screening mail, setting up files and records, cash deposit handling, invoice coding, and preparation of routine reports. Must be able to work with minimal direction by exercising independent judgement within the established guidelines. Attention to detail and the ability to take initiative a must.

Monday through Friday; some flexibility with hours/schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform varied duties such as screening mail, setting up files and records, and preparation of routine reports
Operate a personal computer utilizing one or more software packages to generate general correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and graphics
May coordinate meetings, conference presentations, travel arrangements and other routine administrative work
Conduct new hire orientations and assist with team member training updates. May also assist with internally promoting Company initiatives or events (Annual Enrollment, Wellness Screenings, Company-wide team member surveys, etc...)
May transcribe information, post data, verify or perform mathematical computations, run errands, sort, index, or file readily identifiable records, operate switchboard, and/or occasionally use a typewriter, word processor, calculator, visual display terminal or other office machines
Collection of past due accounts

QUALIFICATIONS
Formal education or experience equivalent to a high school graduate plus 2 years administrative/office experience
Attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to use office equipment including copiers, fax machines, computers, etc.
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Average keyboarding skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to project a positive image to customers
