Aufgaben

Support and assist Aftermarket business by leading transition to emerging technology solutions and sustainment activities in support of the Aftermarket growth initiative
Direct daily operations of communication systems to ensure timely and accurate transmission of information between DTNA and business partners to enable visibility in the inbound logistics network

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business partner communication technology activities within the Aftermarket Supply Chain to ensure the achievement of inbound logistics performance expectations from the Aftermarket growth initiative and assist Reman / Alliance / Sales and Marketing / Digital Commerce teams
  • Determine service level requirements for suppliers and supply chain partners based on business needs in collaboration with Material Planning and Inbound Logistics
  • Conduct cross-functional reviews to continually improve performance of supply chain partners based on agreed upon key performance indicators (KPI), metrics, and scorecards
  • Drive supplier compliance initiatives and ensure supplier compliance with DTNA guidelines
  • Develop and implement Aftermarket Supply Chain policies and procedures related to supplier onboarding and electronic exchange of information
  • Execute the timely resolution of technology communication issues with the Information Technology team
  • Lead supplier and business partner exceptions and escalation management processes to ensure performance expectations are met or exceeded
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and system efficiencies to support key strategic initiatives
  • Provide operational reporting to senior Aftermarket management on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Basic Required Skills & Experience:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or similar technical field
  • Expert Microsoft Software products skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Experience with technology systems and tools, including API (minimum one year), EDI (minimum one year) and SAP (minimum one year)
  • Experience with analysis tools including SQL, VBA Macros, R Programming, etc. (minimum two years)
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present summary message
  • Conceptual and critical thinking abilities needed to analyze large amounts of data to develop business solutions that excite our customers
  • Strong self-initiative and ability to communicate effectively through oral and written reports

Basic Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prefer 2-4 years of relevant experience using all aforementioned technology systems and platforms
  • Two plus years of supply chain operations experience, including: supplier management, project management and logistics analysis
  • Previous experience in a large truck manufacturing company

  • @hybrid: Number of days at home and at the office will be determined through an ongoing conversation with your Manager. DTNA will ensure that your WFH set-up meets wi-fi / data minimum requirements and sets you up for success. Travel to the office is not reimbursed and employee must live close enough to attend regular in-person collaborative meeting with at least 24-hour notice.
