The Rundown:


As a part-time Assistant Buyer/Product Specialist, you will be responsible for viewing product, booking orders, revising orders, and be the back up for receiving product into the store point of sale system. May also be responsible for other duties based on business needs. This position will work directly with the COO and Product Specialist to ensure inventory is purchased, revised, received and processed in a timely manner. You will work with vendors to view and book products, process returns and create Return Authorizations (RA). Qualifiers:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel pivot tables is a plus
  • Professional and timely internal and external communication
  • Strong mathematical skills required
  • Ability to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
  • Merchandising skills a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented
  • Accountable and adapatable
  • Willing to go above and beyond when needed
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team
  • Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions
