SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Primary purpose of this position is to serve as a point of contact for ID badging operations at the PSH Administrative Offices, and as a back-up to badging office locations at Hershey, Hampden and Lancaster Medical Centers as needed. This will include creation of Identification badges, assigning access, and assisting with new employee orientation process (taking photographs, uploading of photographs to cardholder records, printing of badges and distribution coordination).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

High school diploma or equivalent

Two (2) years of relevant experience

Valid PA driver's license required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Experience in analyzing & interpreting data

Experience in a fast paced environment

Experience with computer systems

Experience in production of identification badges and systems

Experience with office operations and software to include Microsoft office suite

Experience with photography
