Are you an ambitious Psychologist interested in a managerial role at an expanding private practice in Manhattan, NY? We're seeking a Clinical Director who is deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults across New York.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, training, and providing clinical supervision to trainees and staff. This role will include developing, planning, and implementing strategies for company growth while also providing CBT and DBT to children, adolescents, and adults in person and via telehealth.

What are we looking for?

• NY Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D/Ph.D)
• 3 years of post-licensure experience from an accredited program
• CBT and DBT experience
• Experience in a similar role (Beneficial)
• DBT Foundational or Intensive Training (Preferred)
• 2 years of participation on a DBT consultation team (Preferred)
• Experience working with children, adolescents and Adults
• Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
• Excellent written and verbal communication
