• Focus Behavioral Health strives to help every individual we work with reach their full potential, and we are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with an Intellectual & Developmental Disorder (IDD) diagnosis and/or Autism. You will assist individuals to complete daily tasks, participate in community activities and achieve goals. Staff keep notes on progress to document goal attainment.
• We are seeking a very special support for a gentleman with high energy to enjoy life and restroom support required.

Experience working with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism is welcomed but not needed because Focus provides a full paid training program for the right people to join our team.

• Minimum starting wage of $17.00

This position requires:

• a creative a fun attitude
• a minimum of a high school diploma
• a valid driver's license
• clear criminal background clearances
• a reliable vehicle, insured in your name to provide daily transportation for our individuals (Mileage is reimbursed)
• high professional comfort level with email, remote learning/meetings, web navigation, independent online training, smartphones and word processing, to be successful in this position
