Client Services Representative (remote) is responsible for assisting in operational aspects of the business relating to client relations, communications (both internal and external), and general business logistics surrounding client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the Client.
  • Communicate directly with clients, primarily via email and phone, regarding client service issues and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Production and distribution of notification emails to clients about related facilities updates, activities, or other timely alerts.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of client onboarding and offboarding calls and related service meetings.
  • Responsible for leading and/or attending calls to record feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities team on work ordergeneration/ client access badges needed/Parking access and maintain ticketing log of all badge-related activity through resolutions.
  • Coordinate and manage client-vendor animal transfers and quarantine set up for incoming, transferring, or offboarding clients.
  • Attend weekly facility and client logistics meetings to track anticipated new client and existing client needs, movements, and upcoming communication.
  • Maintain client database/ reporting as needed (CRM).
  • Participate in CRM system integrations with other systems critical to the Company's operations.
  • This position may require other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelors degree in scientific focus preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience working in a customer support function, call center environment or comparable experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written skills combined with high-level attention to detail. Communicating with clarity, professional courtesy, and timeliness are paramount.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive applications, and technologies typically used in contact center environments.
  • Strong organizational abilities and follow-through skills. Effective priority and time management is essential.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve desired business results.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
