This
Kaiser Wraparound Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization).

Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral coaching, counseling, skill-building, case management, and crisis intervention to clients and caregivers
- Implement behavioral interventions for clients and caregivers
- Provide scheduled on-call coverage for the program
- Attend program staff meetings and treatment meetings as required
- Complete mental health notes, behavior analyses, treatment plans, and necessary paperwork
- Participate in weekly supervision with the Lead Clinician or Program Supervisor
- Perform other assigned duties by the supervisor or Seneca Management
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Be part of a rotating emergency pager system, scheduled ahead of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Experience working with children in out-of-home care
- Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills

- Sun - Thu OR Tue - Sat; 9AM - 5PM OR 10AM - 6PM
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evening and weekend
- Combination of in-person & remote work
- Starting at $22 - $24.50 per hour, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam
