Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for the company. Act as an interface between customers and all primary departments including production, shipping, accounts receivable and sales. Handle customer order process from order entry through invoicing. Communicate with existing and potential customers to resolve questions, complaints, and other forms of feedback. Provide excellent service to all customers thereby increasing potential sales and revenue.

Experience

Demonstrated ability to perform all trained processes and duties within a reasonable timeframe established by employer. Demonstrated ability to follow standard operations and instructions with minimal supervision. Willingness to accept training for new operations as business needs arise.

Tasks

· Communicate with customers in an efficient and timely manner.

· Strive to maintain a solid knowledge of the products that are offered.

· Review incoming orders for part number, pricing, and lead time accuracy.

· Initiate CDR’s (Customer Dissatisfaction Reports) and relay information to/from Quality Assurance.

· Update shipping errors spreadsheet on QMS drive.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands, fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
