Customer Service Representative / Service Writer
Job description
Sweetwater Home Services is seeking high energy people to work in our inbound / outbound service center. We are a water treatment and testing company that has over 30,000 customers. Your position would require you to take calls from existing customers needing service and schedule our technicians to cover the call. You would also be making outbound calls to customers reminding them of filter changes that are due. We are in a brand new facility and provide a great place to work. All that is required is great communication skills and a good work ethic.
