Our two Chicago-area facilities provide bagged regular and miniature marshmallows for distribution worldwide through wholesale, retail grocery, and food service channels.

SHIFT (11:00 pm to 7:00 am) - Sunday thru Thursday
Dehy Operator
is responsible for the quality of dehydrated and table marshmallows product being produced and presented to the packaging Machine Operators department.
Requirements include: High School diploma; must read and write English and understand basic math, must be able to regularly lift 40 pounds. Work experience in food manufacturing environment, confectionary preferred. We will train the right person.
Weekend work may be required (overtime and double time pay will apply).
