Who We Are
Seven League is a fast-growing digital sports agency and consultancy. We are now part of IMG, following Endeavor’s acquisition of our parent organisation, the Mailman Group, in 2021. This means our current size and scale – approximately 50 full-time staff with additional associates in over 10 European countries – will increase significantly.
We have a wide range of clients, national and international, reaching all sectors of the sports business including the NFL, FIFA, Spurs, LCFC, the NBA, the NHL, Sport England, Great British Racing and England Netball.
Seven League provides consultancy and agency services. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, run social media channels and can help clients deliver against their wider business objectives.
We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue.
Who We Are Looking For
Seven League are looking to hear from Digital Marketing Managers who are interested in joining their growing team in New York.
Our multi-disciplinary team is drawn from a variety of backgrounds. As digital marketing manager, you will have experience running digital marketing activities preferably within the media, entertainment or sports sectors. You will apply this knowledge to advise sports organizations on their digital marketing activities

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
You will demonstrate experience of:
  • Digital customer acquisition and retention strategy and/or customer lifecycle management
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive optimization and improvement
  • Digital campaign coordination across owned, earned and paid channels
  • KPI analysis and reporting on website, app, social media and digital campaign performance
  • Digital supplier management
  • Building new customer journeys, combining learnings to date and developing new ideas to deliver on KPIs
  • Tailoring engaging & effective digital strategies that implement digital marketing and content / communication plans that drive loyalty and advocacy both with fans and new audiences across multiple online touchpoints
  • Using data to inform strategy, as well as profiling audiences to drive improved campaign performance.
You will be expected to:
  • Present ideas, campaigns, and strategies to clients of all levels
  • Create digital strategies for sport organizations based on analysis and research
  • Identify and track revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention opportunities, and other KPIs
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including basic SEO, asset production and paid media advertising (Facebook, Twitter and Google)
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, technologies, social media, and sports news
  • Work and collaborate with all other IMG and Seven League personnel to develop and achieve the company’s overall strategic goals
  • Contribute to business development of new and existing clients
  • Be an ambassador for Seven League and IMG, and maintain a professional approach at all times
You Will Have The Following Strengths
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience managing social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen understanding of digital technologies, social media platforms, websites, and apps
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms
  • Understanding of core marketing functions including but not limited to: research, campaign planning, audience segmentation, profiling, and content targeting
  • Understanding of business strategy, particularly within the media sector

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$99,000 annually
