Lead Global Risk Solutions North America Middle and Former Client Service teams. Reports directly to Vice President, Client Service Global Risk Solutions North America. Develops and maintains effective relationships with key clients and brokers to promote and represent the Liberty Mutual brand. Overall service management responsibility for a book of business within Region. Effectively leads, manages, and develops team to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional service to clients and brokers. Effectively partners and manages relationships with key internal stakeholders for mutual success
. Coordinates internal stakeholders for key client engagements or resolution of client issues. Responsible for managing external relationships and delivering expertise to address current and emerging needs of clients.
Oversees delivery of the full scope of Account Management Services to customers and agent/broker partners through Client Service Managers. Establishes overall objectives of the team that support business goals. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and development of Client Service Managers. Establishes objectives, assigns accounts and monitors workload. Completes performance appraisals and provides coaching and career guidance to staff. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts and agents/brokers, assisting Distribution and Underwriting with key prospects, stewardship and renewal presentations.
Maintains overall responsibility for service related matters in the Region. Manages appropriate delivery of service to ensure account level profitability and retention programs to include all stewardship components. Responsible for Regional team budget and expense control.
Service Region: South Central - Dallas, TX, Houston, TX,
- Bachelors Degree plus at least 10 years of business experience (50% of which in a management capacity)
- Effective marketing, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Must have demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (both oral and in written form)
- Advanced knowledge of commercial claims, risk management, and applicable state regulations, basic knowledge of underwriting, plan construction, pricing, service contracts, and funding/financial security agreements is also a must
- A masters' degree, ARM designation or CPCU is strongly recommended
