Description:We are currently looking for Class "A" CDL truck drivers with experience and knowledge of loading, unloading and transporting asphalt.
Flowboy Driver Essential Duties:

• Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods
• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
• Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes
• Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure
• Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
• Properly maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the appropriate parties
• Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required
• Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Drive trucks to weigh stations before and after loading and along routes in compliance with state regulations
• Couple or uncouple trailers by changing trailer jack positions, connecting or disconnecting air or electrical lines
• Check trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure no damage and all product has been removed
• Clean the inside and outside of trailers as necessary

Flowboy Driver Compensation Package:

• $2,000 sign-on bonus to qualified drivers

Requirements:

• Licensed CDL Class A Driver
• Must have a clean MVR
• Must have T Endorsement (Doubles Endorsement)

Flowboy Driver Preferred Requirements:

• 1+ years Flow Boy driving experience
• Gravel train experience preferred but not required

Flowboy Driver Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
